توسيع الاستيطان بالجولان السوري المحتل
لاحقاً للشكوى السابقة المتعلقة بإستغلال اسرائيل للظروف الحالية في سوريا و اقترافها جرائم العدوان و ارهاب الدولة بحق الشعب السوري.
و التي تزامنت مع تصريحات الفتى الأمريكي المدلل و رئيس حكومة إسرائيل ” نتنياهو ” بأنه لا ينوي البقاء في سوريا و أنه سينسحب من المناطق التي دخل إليها، لنفاجأ مساء الأمس بموافقة حكومة الليكود المتطرف الحاكمة على خطة كان قد تقدم بها رئيس الحكومة نفسه لتوسيع الاستيطان في الجولان المحتل طبقاً لبيان صادر عن مكتبه يتحدث فيه عن تشجيع النمو الديمغرافي في الجولان المحتل لاستيعاب مزيد من قطعان السكان الجدد الذين سيصلون.
و بذلك نضيف لصفاته الشخصية بالإضافة للوقاحة وطول اللسان صفات مثل الكذب و الخداع و النفاق و الاحتيال السياسي، كما نضيف لسجل اسرائيل بالإضافة للعدوان و إرهاب الدولة جرائم جديدة تهدد بها السلم و الأمن الدوليين مثل الإستحواز على أراضي الغير بالقوة الغاشمة و السلاح الأمريكي في انتهاك صارخ للقواعد الآمرة بالقانون الدولي و لميثاق الأمم المتحدة لاسيما المادة 2 (4 ) و للإلتزامات بموجب القانون الإنساني الدولي بإعتبار حظر الاستيلاء على أراضي الآخرين مبدأ مكرس بالميثاق عدا عن أن ما تقوم به اسرائيل هو جريمة حرب واضحة المعالم و انتهاك جماعي لحقوق الإنسان موجه لعموم الشعب السوري مستفيدة من فرصة عدم وجود تمثيل دبلوماسي سوري بعد المؤامرة على الشعب السوري في العقبة بالأردن أول أمس و التي شاركت بها الأمم المتحدة مع الأسف بالإضافة لما يسمى دول ” العالم الحر ” بالإضافة لزعماء جنرالات و مشيخات الثورات المضادة للربيع العربي و التي وضعت العصي بعجلة تمثيل الحكومة السورية الحالية المولودة من رحم آمال السوريين بالحرية في الأمم المتحدة ، في حين أنها كانت تقبل بتمثيل نظام الأسد المخلوع الذي قتل و هجر أكثر من نصف سكان سوريا، الأمر الذي فسح المجال أمام اسرائيل للقيام بجميع أعمال البلطجة الدولية دونما حسيب أو رقيب.
نكرر مطالبنا الواردة في الشكوى السابقة و نؤكد على ضرورة إحالة الملف للجمعية العامة بعد طلب جلسة عامة استثنائية و إتخاذ القرار بردع اسرائيل عن جرائمها وفقاً للبند السابع من الميثاق فيما لو أريد لهذه المنظومة الدولية أن يكون لها بصمة واحدة على مدى تاريخها يمكن أن يعتز بها في ملف التعامل مع دولة إسرائيل العاصية للقانون الدولي و المقترفة لجرائم الحرب و جرائم الابادة الجماعية تحت سمع العالم و بصره.

Against
the State of Israel, which is in violation of international law and accused of committing crimes against humanity and crimes of genocide
Subject:
Expanding settlements in the occupied Syrian Golan
Following the previous complaint related to Israel’s exploitation of the current circumstances in Syria and its commission of crimes of aggression and state terrorism against the Syrian people (https://swasia-syria.org/?p=1019 )
which coincided with the statements of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, the darling of American administrations, that he does not intend to remain in Syria and that he will withdraw from the areas he entered, we were surprised yesterday evening to see the ruling extremist Likud government approve a plan that had been submitted by the Prime Minister himself to expand settlements in the occupied Golan according to a statement issued by his office in which he spoke about encouraging demographic growth in the occupied Golan to accommodate more herds of new residents who will arrive.
Thus, we add to Netanyahu’s qualities, in addition to impudence and effrontery, qualities such as lying, deception, hypocrisy and political fraud. We also add to Israel’s record, in addition to aggression and state terrorism, new crimes that threaten international peace and security, namely the seizure of others’ lands through brute force and American weapons, in flagrant violation of the mandatory rules of international law and the United Nations Charter, especially Article 2 (4) and Israel’s obligations under international humanitarian law, considering that the prohibition of seizing others’ lands is a principle enshrined in the Charter. In addition, what Israel is doing in Syria is a clear war crime and a collective violation of human rights directed at the Syrian people in general.
Israel took advantage of the opportunity of the absence of Syrian diplomatic representation after the conspiracy against the Syrian people in Aqaba the day before yesterday, in which the United Nations unfortunately participated, and under which the so-called free world accepted the representation of the deposed Assad regime in the United Nations, a regime that killed and displaced more than half the population with barrel bombs and chemical weapons. These same states and international entities stand with the leaders of counter-revolutions to the Arab Spring, againsta new government born of the hopes of the Syrian people for freedom and an end to tyranny. This opens the way for the extremist government in Israel to engage in any and all acts of international bullying without accountability or supervision.
We reiterate our demands contained in the previous complaint and emphasize the necessity of referring the file to the General Assembly after requesting an extraordinary general session and taking a decision to deter Israel from its crimes in accordance with Article Seven of the Charter, if the United Nations is to have a single imprint throughout its history that it can be proud of in its dealings with the state of Israel that is disobedient to international law and commits war crimes and crimes of genocide before the eyes of the world.
