قالت الهيئة العامة للثورة في حمص أن النظام السوري وقوات حزب الله يرتكبون مجزرة في بلدة ربلة المسيحية في ريف القصير , حيث تبعد هذه البلدة خمسة كيلو متر عن القصير وهي واقعة تحت سيطرة النظام السوري وحزب الله .
من جهة أخرى ارتكب النظام السوري وحزب الله مجزرة اليوم صباحا بحق عشرات الاطفال في مدينة القصير .
